Envirotrak Analytics Ltd. (“Envirotrak” and “Envirotrak Analytics”) is committed to providing professional environmental testing, monitoring, and reporting services with integrity, accuracy, and transparency. By engaging our services or using our website, clients acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Purpose of Services

Our services, including but not limited to indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments, infrared moisture surveys, and real-time IAQ multi-sensor monitoring, are intended to provide information and guidance for awareness, maintenance, and risk management purposes. They do not replace the advice, diagnosis, or services of licensed medical, engineering, remediation, or construction professionals.

2. Limitations of Assessments

• Our surveys and monitoring reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection or data collection. Environmental factors can change rapidly, and results may not represent future conditions.

• Testing methods, including thermal imaging, sampling, or sensor monitoring, have inherent limitations and may not detect all underlying issues.

• Reports and recommendations should be considered as informational tools and not guarantees of building performance, air safety, or occupant health outcomes.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee

Envirotrak makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the detection, absence, or remediation of contaminants, including but not limited to mould, asbestos, radon, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), bacteria, or other hazards. Our services do not constitute a warranty, insurance policy, or guarantee of any kind.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for making informed decisions about remediation, repairs, or further investigations based on Envirotrak’s findings.

• Where concerns are identified, Envirotrak Analytics may recommend that Clients seek additional evaluation by licensed remediation contractors, engineers, HVAC professionals, or health and safety specialists.

• Clients are encouraged to accompany surveyors during inspections but do so at their own risk. Envirotrak is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from Client participation during site visits.

5. Confidentiality & Data Use

Envirotrak Analytics respects Client confidentiality and manages data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.Reports are prepared for the sole and exclusive use of the contracting Client and may not be transferred or relied upon by third parties without Envirotrak’s written consent.

6. Compliance with Standards

Our work follows recognized industry guidelines and best practices, including C-NRPP and Health Canada Radon Gas and IAQ guidelines, the EPA and ASHRAE standards. However, compliance with such guidelines does not eliminate all risks associated with poor indoor air quality or building conditions.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Envirotrak Analytics Ltd. and its employees, agents, or contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our reports, services, or recommendations.

By using Envirotrak’s services or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Disclaimer, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
