We’ll meetup so we can understand your building type, occupancy load, and IAQ concerns; priority areas are identified ⎻ i.e., offices, classrooms, healthcare zones, or high-traffic spaces ⎻ where IAQ sensors will have the greatest impact. The project scope will be defined at this time too.

2. Strategic Sensor Deployment
Our multi-sensors are strategically installed throughout your facility to monitor key IAQ contaminants 24/7, e.g., Radon gas, carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), particulate matter (PM2.5/10), relative humidity & temperature, air pressure and airflow indicators. Other options also available too.
Placement is carefully chosen as per C-NRPP and Health Canada guidelines to ensure representative and accurate readings.
3. Real-Time Data Collection
Sensors transmit data securely to our IoT cloud-based analytics platform, where it’s logged, visualized, and tracked in real time. This provides a continuous snapshot of your indoor air quality.
4. Data Analysis & Interpretation
Our analytics platform evaluates sensor data against Health Canada guidelines, ASHRAE standards and local regulatory benchmarks with the help of AI augmented software.
This step identifies:

5. Alerts & Notifications
Thresholds and alerts can be set up, and if IAQ parameters exceed recommended limits (e.g., CO2 spikes/ high VOCs), you’ll receive immediate notification about the issue.
